2. What is the ERSU Messina Scholarship?

ERSU Messina is the regional organisation responsible for the right to university education in the Messina area of Sicily. Its purpose is to support capable and deserving students whose family financial resources are limited.

The 2026/27 competition includes ordinary scholarships, selected reserved scholarships, housing services, catering services, and certain other contributions. Funding comes from sources including the State Supplementary Fund, the regional tax for the right to study, ERSU resources, and other allocated funds.

This is not a bank loan. There is no normal interest or repayment schedule. However, it is a conditional public benefit. The three base totals are: €7,171.11 for an out-of-town or independent student, €4,190.71 for a commuter, and €2,890.16 for an on-site student.

For very low ISEE, the amount is increased by 15%. The maximum out-of-town total becomes approximately €8,246.78.

It does not name one Indian office that is valid for every state and every record. Therefore, confirm the selected CAF’s checklist before paying for apostille or translation.
