We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement.
What You’ll Do
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our digital presence across platforms. Your responsibilities include:
Social Media Management: Handle daily posting, scheduling, and management of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others.
Content Planning: Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaigns.
Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics, insights, and engagement metrics to improve performance.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with current social media trends and implement them creatively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design, video, and counselling teams to create impactful content.
Campaign Execution: Support promotional campaigns, ads, and brand-building activities.
What You Bring
0–2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (freshers with strong understanding can apply).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve engagement.
Organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and tasks.
A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
