We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about growth, partnerships, and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our reach. Your responsibilities include:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels including calls, networking, and digital platforms.
Client Interaction: Communicate with potential students and partners to explain services and convert leads into enrollments.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other institutions.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to improve business strategies.
Sales Coordination: Work closely with the counselling team to ensure smooth conversion and onboarding of students.
Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to close opportunities.
Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
What You Bring
0–2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in interacting with clients and building relationships.
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead conversion.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets.
A proactive and result-driven approach.
