No, the IMAT is not cancelled.
There were unofficial rumors about cancellation due to system changes, but Italy’s Ministry of Education has confirmed that IMAT 2025 will go ahead as scheduled.
Ideally, students should start 6 months before the exam — that means March–April 2025. But even with limited time, focused study + simulation can help you rank well if you start right now.
