We are looking for Junior Student Counsellors who are eager to begin their careers in the study-abroad industry, learn from experienced mentors, and make a real difference in students’ lives.
What You’ll Do
As a Junior Student Counsellor, you’ll support students on their study-abroad journey while building your skills under the guidance of senior counselors. Your key responsibilities will include:
Student Interaction: Assist students and parents with queries about study abroad opportunities.
Counseling Support: Conduct basic one-on-one sessions to understand student goals and provide initial guidance.
Course & University Research: Help students explore suitable programs and institutions based on their profiles.
Application Assistance: Support students with documentation, application steps, and follow-ups.
Learning & Development: Work closely with senior counselors to gain in-depth knowledge of admissions, visas, and global education systems.
Event Participation: Assist in organizing and supporting webinars, workshops, and education fairs.
Data Management: Maintain accurate student records and update progress in the CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduate (any stream) or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
Confidence to interact with students and parents.
A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and research skills.
(No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.)
