Refund Policy

1. Initial Payment

The initial payment covers services such as university shortlisting, profile evaluation, resume building, statement of purpose (SOP) and letter of recommendation (LOR) drafting guidance, university application processes, and preparatory support for entrance exams or interviews. This payment is partially refundable under specific conditions, depending on the program:

• Non-refunded components include university application fees, bank handling charges, service charges, and, for certain programs, the entire initial payment (which may include a subscription valid for an additional year).
• If applications are not submitted or documents are not verified by our team, a refund may be issued for the remaining amount after deducting non-refunded components, where applicable.
• If a student is accepted by a university or specific preparatory services (e.g., exam coaching) have commenced, the remaining balance (after deducting non-refunded components) may be adjusted toward subsequent payments or deemed non-refunded, depending on the program.

2. Subsequent Payments

Subsequent payments are tied to milestones such as entrance EXAM preparation, university acceptance, scholarship applications, enrolment documentation, visa processing, and pre-departure or post-arrival services. These payments are non-refunded once the respective services have been initiated or completed, including but not limited to:

• Commencement of preparatory classes or access to study materials.
• Registration for entrance exams or university applications.
• Submission of scholarship or enrolment documentation.
• Visa application and related services.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

KALINGAEURO is not responsible for issuing refunds in the following cases:

• University rejections due to academic performance, eligibility issues, or document verification failures.
• Visa denials resulting from prior immigration history, incomplete or misleading information provided by the student, or embassy-specific policies.
• Scholarship decisions, which are determined solely by universities or government authorities.
• Failure to comply with immigration or university requirements, such as missing deadlines, attending interviews, or providing required documents.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Students may cancel their engagement with KALINGAEURO at any stage by submitting a written request to their designated counsellor.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms outlined above. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or milestones achieved.
• KALINGAEURO reserves the right to withhold further services if a student fails to make scheduled payments.

5. Disclaimer

While KALINGAEURO strives to provide impeccable support and documentation, decisions regarding university admissions, visa approvals, and scholarship grants are at the sole discretion of the respective authorities. KALINGAEURO is not liable for outcomes beyond its control.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to refunds or services will first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with jurisdiction in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
